At Zentrix AI, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit our website, buy a subscription, or chat with a business that uses Zentrix AI. It follows Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022.
1. Information we collect
- Personal identification information: name, email address, phone number and business details you give us when you sign up or contact us.
- Payment and billing information: payments are processed by our payment provider PayHere. We receive only the payment status, amount and a reference. We never collect or store your full card or bank details.
- Service content: documents, catalog items and settings you upload, and the WhatsApp Business account you connect.
- Chats with businesses: when you message a business that uses Zentrix AI, we process your WhatsApp number, profile name, the messages and any booking or inquiry details you share, on behalf of that business.
- Browsing information: basic technical data (IP address, browser type) and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
2. Use of information
- To provide the service: generate replies, create bookings and leads, and show them to the right business.
- To process payments and send account and billing messages.
- To provide customer support.
- To improve and secure our service, measure usage against plan limits, and prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Information sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, and only as needed: Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API, message delivery), Google (Gemini AI, to generate replies), PayHere (payments) and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information when required by law.
4. Data security
We use industry-standard measures: HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, encrypted access tokens, separated data for each business, and daily backups. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use only essential cookies, for example to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the service (such as signing in) will not work.
6. Your rights and data retention
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data. Businesses can delete their customers' data in their console. See Data deletion. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
7. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
